FYstart is a digital studio based in Slovakia. We can work remotely with UK businesses, from discovery and design through development, handover and ongoing improvement. Clear scope, regular communication and working demonstrations are central to the process.
A client and development team do not have to be in the same city to build a useful digital product. What matters is understanding the business, agreeing responsibilities and checking progress against real user needs. This is how we approach remote collaboration.
Where is FYstart based?
FYstart s. r. o. is a Slovak company registered at Banské 90, 094 12 Banské, Slovakia. This UK-facing website presents our services to UK businesses; it does not imply a UK office or UK incorporation. Consultations and project work can take place remotely.
What do we build?
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Websites and ecommerce with the integrations they need.
- CMS, SaaS platforms and internal business systems.
- Design, SEO and marketing connected to the digital product.
Experience from real projects
Fermeria illustrates mobile communication and notifications. AutoFile covers vehicle management and dealership processes. Mäsiarstvo Valko demonstrates specialist checkout and regional delivery rules. These are genuine portfolio projects, not claims that those clients are UK businesses.
How does a remote project work?
- Discovery: goals, users, scope and constraints.
- Design: structure, user journeys and the technical approach.
- Development: working previews, feedback and agreed milestones.
- Testing and handover: functions, access and operating arrangements.
- Further development based on actual needs and findings.
Agree the practical details early
We agree meeting times, response expectations, decision-makers and the tools used to share feedback. Quotes should state currency, scope, responsibilities and delivery terms. We do not present EUR examples as GBP prices or assume local invoicing arrangements without discussion.
What should you ask a development partner?
Ask about specific work, handover, access to code and accounts, maintenance and how changes are managed. A good proposal explains limitations and alternatives as well as deliverables. It should also identify the input needed from your team.
How do we start?
Tell us what your business does, who the product is for and what you want to improve. A technical brief is not required for the first conversation. We will clarify the need and suggest a useful next step.
